Brad is the founder and owner of Stronglife, he has over 8 years experience and has personally ran over 15,000 personal training sessions with thousands of client results & counting. Brad holds a bachelor of sport science, many health & nutrition certifications as well as a long history of learning from some of the best trainers in the world.


Brad loves getting the best out of everyone he meets. He is passionate about teaching the stronglife strength system and using it to enhance every other aspect of a client's life, whether that be more energy for family and friends, more confidence or just looking and feeling awesome.


Brad's mission is to use the stronglife system he’s fine tuned over the last 8 years to change as many lives as possible and raise the standard of the fitness industry across Australia.
