Sean embraced the challenge and in 12 weeks achieved
  • An increase in muscle & drop in body fat
  • Broke squat, bench & deadlift personal bests
  • Hit an easy 140kg deadlift @ 67kg body weight 💪🏻

  • Arm + 3cm
  • Waist - 1.5cm
  • Thigh + 2cm 
  • Weight 64kg -> 67kg
